On May 17, 2001, Taisugar Corporation and Evergreen International Corporation signed a management contract involving the Evergreen Plaza Hotel (Tainan), a five-star international tourist hotel.

The Hotel covers 5,377 square meters, with 12 above ground floors and 4 underground floors. The total size of the building is 37342, 19 square meters. There are 197 rooms at Evergreen Plaza Hotel and six outlet restaurants including CHEERS (musical restaurant), Tasting the World (all you can eat buffet), Evergarden (Chinese restaurant), Gourmet Deli (western style restaurant), Lobby Lounge and Banquet Hall. In addition, Evergreen Plaza Hotel’s facilities also include a fitness center, sauna, outdoor swimming pool and spa… etc.
